Jenn + Josh + baby Joelle, not yet earth side. the sweetest little growing family. I had the opportunity to photograph this happy couple for their engagement photos in 2020, so I was beyond excited when they invited me back to document this new milestone. we began in the streets of downtown La Crosse.

we kept their session laid back and focused on mom + dad being in love with a side of baby bump. lots of snuggle prompts, soft kisses, and tender vibes. I love when maternity clients bring along an ultrasound photo, a onesie, or some lil precious baby shoes. showing off baby items always adds more excitement and real smiles! for the second half of their session, we headed out to Goose Island and caught some gorgeous golden moments.

they were determined to get in some water, and i’m so thankful. we maneuvered our way into this swamp zone, and I stood on a moss covered rotting log to get these perfect shots. I screamed, the whole time. i’m so thankful I was able to spend the afternoon with Jenn + Josh before they enter this new stage of life. precious baby Joelle arrived June 29th, and I could not be happier for this little family.
