Sara + Carter's West Salem WI Engagement Session

Sara + Carter are getting married next June and reached out to me to capture their engagement session and big day. it was so fun to hang out with them around West Salem for the afternoon! In their initial questionnaire, Sara talked about how their romantic relationship started as a friendship. we kept their session fun and natural to show off their connection. to start the session, we headed down to Lake Neshonoc.

I really loved how natural and comfortable Sara + Carter were during the entire session. very laid back, and they just went with the flow and agreed to anything and everything I suggested! the first outfit was a more relaxed vibe, and they switched into something a little more dressy for our second West Salem location.

I probably annoyed them with how often I complimented Sara’s ring. literally so freaking gorgeous.
